The workshop includes:
- Breathing exercises
- Body movement and freedom dance
- Sharing

A new workshop begins the first
Wednesday of each month.

TIME:
7 -10 pm Wednesday Nights

COST:
$180 for four weekly sessions or $50 for a single session.
(A full month commitment is highly recommended to receive the most benefit from the workshop.)

Supplies Needed:
a bandana, a blanket, a small towel.
